Questions that aren't a booking come here: one short form. On the live site it's emailed and texted to the host the moment it's sent. Dates and prices live in the booking card on the homepage. This sample doesn't send.

Why can't I book instantly?
The house is also on Airbnb and Vrbo. When you send a request, I check both calendars before I say yes, so nobody gets double-booked. Most requests get an answer within a few hours.
When do I pay?
Only after I approve. You get an email with a payment link that works for 24 hours. Nothing is charged when you send the request.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. You let yourself in with a door code.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, from November through March, at no extra charge.
Pets? Parties?
No pets and no parties, sorry. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund, or 14 to 29 days before for half back. After that, there's no refund.
