All three are on one quiet street, three blocks from the beach. Book direct on our booking page, or on Airbnb or Vrbo if you'd rather. Same cottage, same cleaning, same two of us.

The receipt on each cottage shows a guest why booking direct pays. The direct side is the nightly rate times the nights in Dana and Luis's own example, plus the cottage's cleaning fee. The Airbnb side adds the 15% they say their Airbnb prices run higher, to cover Airbnb's fee. It reads from the same homes list as the index and the calculator, so change a rate, a fee or the percent and every receipt changes with it.
Book direct opens the host's own booking page in the software they already use (Hospitable, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Guesty or Lodgify), where the calendar, payment and rental agreement live; this site never takes a card. Each “Also on” button opens that home's listing on that site. Florida licenses homes rented for stays under 30 days, so the license line shows on those homes. A new price, photo or home is one of the two changes a month the care plan includes.
