How far is the beach?

Three blocks. Most guests walk it in six or seven minutes. Every cottage has beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler.

What's the shortest stay?

Two nights in the Sandpiper, three in the Heron, four in the Pelican. From December to March, the Sandpiper and the Heron also go by the month.

Is the Pelican's pool heated?

Yes, from November through April, at no extra charge. It's small, about 12 by 20 feet, and the yard is fenced.

Can we bring our dog?

In the Heron, one dog under 40 pounds, with a $75 pet fee. The Sandpiper and the Pelican are pet-free.

Where do I pay, and how do I cancel?

On our booking page. Your payment, the rental agreement and the cancellation terms are all there, and you get a copy by email. We never ask for a card by phone.

Why is it cheaper here than on Airbnb?

Airbnb charges us a fee on every booking, so our prices there are higher to cover it. Book here and that fee isn't in the price.
